JOHN CORABI The Whisky A-Go-Go 3/19/2014
As a huge Racer X fan in my teen years, I bought up any projects the former members of the band were involved with from the late 80s to the early 90s.
A few years after Racer X called it quits, former members Juan/John Alderete and Bruce Bouillet formed a band called The Scream.

The Fab Four from Season 2 of AXS TV’s The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands put on an incredible tribute to the Beatles. People want to hear the songs they love. It only makes sense that a great tribute band that can faithfully recreate the music and experience of classic concerts by playing some of the best songs ever written can be way more successful and popular than current, original touring acts.

The Wings Band, which has several members of the Fab Four (founder Ardy Sarraf and Ron McNeil), recently performed an incredible 90 minute set of Paul McCartney solo, Wings and Beatles tunes at The Canyon Club in January. How good are they? Laurence Juber, guitarist for the Wings in the late 70s, got up and jammed with the band during the show. This show guaranteed an amazing performance on AXS TV’s World’s Greatest Tribute Bands.
