Metalachi returned to The Canyon Club to perform their patented style of mariachi heavy metal and performed songs from their albums Uno, Dos and Tres.
Not only are they excellent musicians who deliver great renditions of heavy metal classics (everything from Slayer to Poison, complete with a violin solo), they also deliver a comedy show in between, and often during their songs.
“We have some Transiberian Orchestra Members in the audience tonight. They play like 700 shows a year. Nobody is more happy that Christmas is over than these guys.” Haha

Audiovent released an album a long time back that ended up in the CD collection when The Wherehouse went out of business.
Their new CD was only a few bucks on closeout and it was a good purchase.
This was sometime around the time the Nintendo Gamecube was still popular. Over the years, this album has been played over and over and is such a fantastic album.





































































All these years later, seeing that Audiovent was reuniting made buying a ticket a no-brainer.
The show started right around 10:00 and the band sounded fantastic. They performed their debut album and even a Tina Turner cover. The show was over before the rain started on the Strip.
It was a good crowd and a very good start to a weekend. Concert of the year so far.
